At Marble 8, guests can experience elevated steakhouse dining where premium Wagyu and Angus are cooked to perfection, along with other seafood or vegetarian culinary options. Marble 8’s Wagyu and Angus beef come from some of the largest independent suppliers of beef from Australia. Every cut available at Marble 8 has been handpicked by Cavaliere Modesto specifically based on his requirements of the Marble 8 cut, which is also halal-certified.
A unique characteristic of the Marble 8 cuts dry-aged in Malaysia is that they are all delivered with the bones still attached. This “bone-in meat” method improves the flavours and aroma of the beef while they are aged for at least 21 days in our custom-built dry-aging cellar.
